Montreal-based singer-songwriter Emi Jeen has shared her new single and video “Holy Water,” taken from The Other Side EP, due for release on October 30.
“I’m a lover, I love to love and I’m a good girl, well most of the time. But, I do have a bad way to end my love relationships…”, Emi Jeen reveals candidly. “I keep all my emotions inside until it gets to the boiling point, then it explodes. So, I ended my last relationship on the phone while I was on tour and I still feel, to this day, like a monster to have done this to him. I still feel really bad about it, he was a good guy and didn’t deserve it to end that way. The thing is that I never told him how I felt during the whole time we were together. I accumulated everything, till the point it was too late. Since then, I realized that I can’t keep it all inside, it’s not fair to anyone, especially not to me”
