James Blake has dropped his version of Frank Ocean’s “Godspeed”. The artist originally produced, arranged and played piano on Ocean’s version of “Godspeed” for his 2016 album Blonde. After sharing a snippet online, James’ cover went viral on TikTok with close to 6 million views!
Talking about the track, James Blake reveals, “This song has always been special to me, but I wasn’t expecting the response it’s gotten. Love to everyone who willed the full recording into existence.”
