Jessie Reyez drops debut album “Before Love Came to Kill Us”

Continuing to defy all expectations, Colombian-Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez just delivered her debut studio album “Before Love Came to Kill Us” and it’s a  masterpiece!

Jessie leverages her personal experiences to write through emotional pain and deliver a meaningful sound. The 14-track studio album finds Reyez flying solo and hitting her stride, with only two additional artist features including “Coffin” featuring Eminem and “Imported” featuring 6lack. The body of work reflects through intimately raw lyricism and gut-punching storytelling, delivering an inside look at the emotional experiences brought on by love, loss, identity, religion and politics. Reyez brings her life experience into her music and reaffirms her narrative of authenticity, empowerment and conscientiousness.
